• Another 24 V 400 W motor 2-seater model claims a speed range of 1.86 to 4.35 mph (~3.0 to 7.0 km/h) 

• But since yours sums to 400 W and likely good gearing, on flat smooth ground with light load it might reach ~10–15 km/h (≈6–9 mph) in “fast” mode.

So realistically:

• Slow mode: ~3–7 km/h

• Fast mode: perhaps ~10–15 km/h (depending on load, friction, terrain)

If heavily loaded or uphill, speed will drop.

Age / user suitability

Given the power, features, and likely speed range, a reasonable age bracket would be:

• Recommended lower bound: ~ age 1–6 years, assuming the child has good balance, motor control, and is supervised BUT this item has Parental Control

The manufacturer should also specify a maximum load (weight limit) which is critical for safety. If that’s, say, 50–70 kg, then older/larger children may exceed safe limits.
